Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- wrong size selection
- buyer’s remorse
This applies worldwide.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to:
“goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.”
Since all our products are made to order, this exception applies.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

📦 Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- the product is damaged
- the product has a manufacturing defect
- you received the wrong item
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
